Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, from reception, to the dental hygienist, to the dentist. My husband and I got our teeth cleaned, as well as our two-year-old son. He did way better than expected and the entire team was kid-friendly! Their new building helps beautify our little city, too!

This dental office is by far the best I've ever been to. My kids have had awful dental experiences, but the staff here were so kind and patient with my kids they felt completely comfortable. Each hygienist explained what they were doing and showed each tool to the kids before using it, let them hold mirrors so they could see in their mouth. When my daughter was having a filling done, Dr. B took the time to sit with her and show her what each tool did, how the materials felt and what each was for, tapped tools on her finger nail to show her it wouldn't hurt. I have a very very sensitive mouth and when I had my cleaning and exam done they took extra time and care not to hurt me, and even skipped one of the X-rays when it was too painful. They didn't use any extra chemicals in my mouth either. I will be using this dental workshop as long as we are in Alaska, and would recommend to anyone in the area with or without children.
